Yum...Truffles!

Our friends, Heather and Mathias Campins, have a brother who is a professional chocolatier. Our  small group from church half-jokingly asked Heather and Mathias if Leo would make some chocolates for us while he was visiting them from FL. Leo graciously agreed and went out of his way to prepare the most amazing truffles for us. Several of the couples from our small group got together this Saturday and had a great time meeting Leo and enjoying the truffles. Leo made several different types of chocolate truffles - oreo, chocolate mousse, banana ganache, dulce de leche - and according to Brandon, it was all amazingly good. Actually, he said that it was the best chocolates he's ever had! Sadly, I actually didn't get to sample any because of my non-dairy diet but Brandon sampled more than enough truffles for both of us! Leo also made a beautiful flower and several different hands as decoration. Well, here are some pictures from Saturday (thanks Heather for the pictures!).
