Nate's been talking up a storm recently! It started off with mostly ba's, ah's and ooh's since around the last week of April and this past Sunday, we heard him saying dada for the first time. He obviously doesn't know what dada means yet but it's still sweet to hear him experimenting with various sounds. He's talking constantly in some combination of ba da ah ga ya la sounds - while he's playing with his toys, when he wakes up from his nap, before he falls asleep, after he's done eating or nursing, when he cries, and after he sneezes. Also, when we sing to him before we put him down to sleep, he "sings" along with us. We wish we knew what he's trying to tell us because it sure does sound interesting!
