Kicking Back

Nate has recently developed a habit of kicking his leg onto something and just chillin. Not sure where he's learned that from but he's done it sitting in his toy car and again this morning while sitting in his high chair watching Ice Age as I clipped his nails.  I don't know what it is about Ice Age but it works like a charm every time when I need him to stay still for a little while.

It also seems like Nate is going through another growth spurt.  He slept almost 14 hours and woke up around 9am this morning.  He drank a cup and a half of milk and then ate 8 oz of food.  Well, he started asking for food again an hour later so I gave him a slice of bread but I guess that wasn't enough. He communicates that he's hungry by going into the kitchen, tugging at my legs, tapping on his high chair saying "yam yam" or bringing me his bib. He's now standing by my chair with his bib in his hand so here I go again to feed our bottomless pit!
