The Averill family got together in Greensboro, Georgia to celebrate Mom and Dad's 40th wedding anniversary in mid-August. It was hot, humid, muggy and beautiful there. As always, it was filled with lots of yummy food and fun times together. We also had access to a boat there, which meant a lot of time spent on the boat tubing and water skiing and a lot of rocking and motion sickness for some afterward. We got to celebrate cousin Katey's 9th birthday there as well and everyone got to enjoy Mom's yummy chocolate cake thanks to Katey, although some got to enjoy it a bit more than others! Haha! It was a wonderful trip and we were glad to be able to make some special memories together as a family.
