November came and went in a flash but it was a wonderful month, filled with times with family and friends, birthday celebrations for Nate, and thanksgiving with the DeCarlo's. First, Mom Averill came to visit with us early in the month from Arkansas. We were sad that the rest of the Arkansas family could not visit as well but I think Grandma enjoyed spending time with Nate without other family members competing for time with Nate. The weather was beautiful here during her visit and we were able to visit a few parks and get some great shots together.
We also visited New York over Nate's birthday weekend. I absolutely love autumn and I absolutely love autumn in New York. I was so glad that even in mid-November, there was still beautiful fall foliage to be enjoyed. The pictures came out great, thanks to Dad Kim who gave us some good photography tips.
